    Tenants residing in a rented property in Oxfordshire endured severe housing disrepair for over two years, from December 2020 to February 2023. Despite paying £1,400 per month in rent, the tenants faced ongoing issues, including defective electrics, a mice infestation, persistent damp and mould, water ingress, structural defects, and problems with both the windows and roof.
